This reverts commit 87bd69c6.

in case of resolve file corruption.
Use of lexer functions.

It use now the new lexer and environ_xxx functions
from oblibs. The result is a shorter code, using less HEAP memory,
with a faster algorithm and easier to debug.

Reduce use of HEAP memory with
the stack_xxx functions familly.
Switch to the new lexer algorithm.
Fix the parse of the @runas key.

to internal version_compare and version_store respectively.
