For now, the tree is always considered at up/down. The ssexec_{start,stop} deal with the state of the service anyway

add servicedir entry at live addon. Add enabled at configuration group entry. Move status entry from path to live addon

rename up/down subcommand to start/stop.

make distinction between initialized and supervised. Only deal with enabled service at up time and supervised at down time

starts the tree process after the dependencies are ready. Need to implement a communication between processes to wait for real state of a dependency
