xlibre-input-libinput conflicts with: everything

it is correct for every xlibre-input-* to conflict with xlibre-input-libinput ?
eg. from the output of pacman -Si xlibre-input-wacom (and all the others):
Conflicts With : xlibre-input-libinput xorg-server<21.1.1 X-ABI-XINPUT_VERSION<26 X-ABI-XINPUT_VERSION>=27
